Unlike many other parties, the Green Party gets no State funding, and we don’t have the backing of rich donors or corporations. So we rely on donations from ordinary people. The donations page will be up shortly.

In order to donate money to my campaign, you must either be a resident of the island of Ireland (Republic or Northern Ireland), or be an Irish citizen. You must be a human person: to help ensure we act in the interests of people over profit, the Green Party does not accept corporate donations.

The Standards in Public Office Commission (SIPO) set limits on the level of donations which you can give to any candidate. I can’t accept any donation over €1,000 and anyone who donates over €600 will be included in my public donation statement. I also cannot accept any anonymous donation over €100.
